Job summary

Therabody London is seeking an International Events Activation Manager to lead on-site event execution across the UK, Germany, Spain and France, with strategic planning support for other markets. You'll own booth setup, invites, on-site branding, and post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing plan.

This hands-on role requires frequent travel, collaboration with local country teams, and a relentless focus on brand quality, ROI, and partner partnerships at live activations

Qualifications

• Hands-on event execution experience and strong planning skills.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across channels in live activations.
• Proven budget, logistics and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across country teams and partners.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events.

Responsibilities

• Co-Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of running events across the UK, Germany, Spain and France.
• Support smaller events with retailers and distributors, aligning with partners.
• Own full lifecycle of events: pre-event, on-site, post-event analysis.
• Be hands-on for setup, delivery and breakdown at live events.
• Travel regularly to event locations and manage logistics and stock.
