Job summary

Randstad Finance in London is seeking a BPO Enablement Program Manager to lead end-to-end enablement across global vendor partners on a 12-month contract with hybrid working.

You will drive governance, QA, training, and data-driven QBR insights, partnering with regional sales teams to accelerate time-to-proficiency and certification rates. Daily rate up to £365 via umbrella is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or related roles managing BPO/vendor relationships.
• Experience across multiple international regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
• Strong data literacy and ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end BPO enablement programs across global vendor partners.
• Drive QA processes and coaching across vendor sites with audits.
• Train trainers and onboard external teams to enable standard processes.
• Assess partner capabilities and plan up-skilling of trainers and QA staff.
• Provide data-driven insights for QBRs and track metrics like time-to-proficiency.
