Hachette UK Distribution Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its busy Customer Services team. You will respond to emails and calls, process orders, coordinate deliveries and investigate issues to resolve queries promptly.

You will work with publishers and customers to maintain strong relationships, meet service targets and contribute to a culture of excellent customer experience across our distribution network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, retail or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solution-focused and ownership-minded.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and telephone calls; process orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with carriers.
• Investigate claims (shortages/damages); issue refunds; perform general administration.
• Liaise with customers, publishers and other departments to solve problems.
