Job summary

Qualifications

• Have 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, billing, fintech, or cloud revenue operations.
• Proven experience architecting complex billing system integrations merging legacy enterprise platforms with modern cloud systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in usage-based monetization models, pricing enablement, metering, rating, and enterprise contract constructs.
• Track record of driving organizational change and influencing technical delivery teams to adopt agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of financial compliance standards, including SOX controls across high-growth environments.
• Exhibit exceptional cross-functional leadership to align executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overarching product vision and multi-year roadmap for Akamai's global billing ecosystem across Compute, Delivery, and Security.
• Architect convergence of legacy billing with cloud compute billing to reduce customer friction.
• Enable product-led growth with frictionless journeys, real-time cost visibility, and self-service management.
• Build enterprise commerce capabilities supporting negotiated pricing, discounts, credits, and consolidated billing.
• Partner with engineering to adopt agile frameworks and ensure SOX compliance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to turn billing into a strategic growth enabler.
