Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited seeks a Product Director for Billing & Pricing to shape the global vision and roadmap of our Billing, Pricing and Residual Payments offerings. You will lead end-to-end development across Billing platforms, collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive pricing strategy, transparency and self-service capabilities, while evolving Billing from a back-office function into a value-added product across global markets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-first, data-driven decision making.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build business cases and measure outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across senior leadership.
• Experience leading and developing product teams in large-scale organisations.
• Experience with SAFe product development environment.
• Knowledge of payments, pricing, billing, invoicing, revenue sharing or related financial services domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Billing, Pricing and Residual Payments products.
• Own the Billing product portfolio and modernise how customers understand and manage cost of accepting payments.
• Lead end-to-end product development across Billing capabilities with engineering teams on key platforms.
• Create simple, intuitive billing experiences including pricing, fees, rebates and revenue-sharing arrangements.
• Drive billing transparency, reporting and self-service capabilities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to transform Billing into a value-added product using data and emerging tech.
• Evaluate build, buy and partner options and drive adoption of chosen solutions.
• Balance strategic investments with delivery needs across the business and market expansion.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Engineering, Pricing, Finance and Compliance to deliver outcomes.
