Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years in IT/Software Engineering with a BS in CS/Engineering/IS
Experience leading distributed Software Engineering and BA teams
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ADP enterprise solutions
Proven ability delivering global HR/Payroll/Time Management solutions
Ability to translate business strategy into scalable tech roadmaps
Expertise in enterprise application architecture and system integration
Leadership in modernization using cloud, AI, and automation

Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing teams of BAs and SEs
Define and deliver strategy for Time and Pay solutions
Collaborate with HR/Finance to align roadmaps with business priorities
