Qualifications

Strong SQL DBA skills and data management background.
Power BI expertise including Desktop and Service.
Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical systems.
Hands-on SQL DB design and administration experience.
Schema development and data modelling experience.
Excellent SQL scripting, tuning and performance optimisation.
Experience leading data teams.
Experience with enterprise global finance system implementations.
Experience with migration to Microsoft Fabric.
Recent similar role in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

Develop and support Power BI solutions for global operations.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SSIS, SSRS, Azure Data Factory, or Fabric.
Manage a team of 5 hands-on.
Support 24x7 mission-critical systems with uptime and stability.
Lead support for enterprise global finance system implementations.
Sponsor migration and integration from legacy finance to multiple systems and Fabric.
Lead and contribute to data team development in a high-performing environment.
