Job summary

Mercer is seeking an operational support professional to assist in managing Global Benefits Management (GBM) for multinational clients. Based in London with flexible hybrid work, the role focuses on coordinating appointments, ensuring governance compliance, and delivering timely data and renewal directions to brokers and clients.

You will work closely with a global team, contribute to project timelines, and support platform demonstrations while developing your knowledge of insured employee

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Employee Benefits is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate tasks across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support GBM appointments and project timelines for local brokers and clients.
• Ensure governance rules are followed by local brokers.
• Provide renewal directions and data/reporting for clients.
• Maintain policy tracking and inventory platforms as needed.
• Peer review Centre of Excellence deliverables before sending to clients.
• Assist with sales opportunities and platform demonstrations.
