Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in London seeks a Global Benefits Manager to oversee day-to-day MyBenefits operations across markets and coordinate with Benifex, Product, HR and payroll teams. You will drive platform enhancements, renewals, and end-to-end delivery of benefits changes.

Reporting to the Global Benefits Senior Manager, you will build platform expertise, manage change requests, and support quarterly reviews while aligning with local HR and Benefits teams across markets.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in global benefits operations or similar function.
• Strong benefits knowledge, processes and market considerations.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms and operational changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day MyBenefits platform operations across markets with Benifex and Product team.
• Lead the technology design and implementation of Benefits Renewals across markets.
• Oversee UK Benefits Renewal project from July to January payroll cycle.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance and tracking of change requests.
• Coordinate improvements with Benifex, Product, HR, Workday and local teams.
