Mercer is seeking an operational support professional to assist in managing Global Benefits Management (GBM) for multinational clients. The Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) global GBM solution delivers everything clients need when it comes to local broking renewals, global co-ordination, technology, governance and consulting.
What can you expect?
The purpose of the role is to provide operational support in respect of the management of a GBM, the associated insured employee benefits and any ad hoc tasks to internal and external parties.
This position would suit an individual who has shown exceptionally strong organisational and co-ordination skills, has a good grasp of insured employee benefits, is comfortable working within a client-facing role and would thrive in a position where the culture is very collaborative.
This position, whilst based in London, offers flexible working with the expectation to be in the office twice per week or as required.
