Job summary

TGS ASA is seeking a Global Benefit Specialist to join the People & Communication team. You will lead evaluation, analysis, and renewal of benefit programs across multiple countries, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

The role combines benefits expertise with analytics, working with HRIS, reporting tools, and data visualization to translate insights into actionable recommendations that support TGS’s Total Rewards strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze benefit data and cost drivers.
• Experience with international benefits programs and compliance.
• Strong Excel, data visualization, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits analytics, renewal, and budgeting across countries.
• Negotiate with insurers, brokers and vendors for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure governance and compliance.
• Develop global market insights to inform benefit design.
• Drive data integrity and reporting improvements across systems.
