Job summary

TGS is seeking a Global Benefit Specialist to join the People & Communication team to lead evaluation, analysis, and renewal of benefit programs across multiple countries. You will ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

The role combines benefits expertise with strong analytics and technical capabilities; you will work with complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations supporting TGS’ Total Rewards strategy and broader

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related area is required.
3-5 years of professional experience in a Benefits or data analytics role.
Strong analytical and data-interpretation capabilities with benefits expertise.

Responsibilities

Benefits Analytics & Reporting – analyze enrollment, utilization, claims, and vendor performance to forecast costs and support decisions.
Strategic Benefit Planning – develop long-term benefit strategies aligned with business needs.
Annual Renewals & Vendor Negotiations – lead data collection and analysis for renewal negotiations with insurers and brokers.
Global Market Analysis – monitor international benefits trends and regulatory developments.
