The role requires up to 50% travel, strong cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of enterprise solutions aligned to customer needs. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with MBA/advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with strategic account planning and management of complex global accounts.
• Track record across functions such as sales ops, product management, or account management.
• Ability to lead strategic negotiations and drive multi-year commitments.
• Strong network with executive-level stakeholders and C-suite engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Japanese.
• Experience working across multiple markets with virtual teams; multilingual preferred.
