Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience with strong exposure to derivatives and structured products.
• Background gained at a top-tier or international law firm is essential.
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of securitised and OTC derivatives structures and regulatory requirements.
• Proactive approach, commercial acumen, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• High level of client awareness and ability to foster strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on transactions that involve cutting-edge product design and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support establishment and maintenance of structured products programmes and cross-border deals.
• Assist with hedging arrangements, structured repos and securities lending structures.
• Provide regulatory advice impacting derivatives and structured finance across jurisdictions.
