Four Recruitment in Manchester leads a bold senior Digital Strategy role for an award-winning B2B marketing agency. You will own digital strategy across client accounts, shaping ROI-focused plans and driving growth. Direct collaboration with the MD and leadership team is central to this role.

The position is hybrid with two office days weekly in central Manchester, offering up to £45,000 DOE plus bonus and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five years of agency-side digital marketing experience.
• Essential experience in a B2B marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and email.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Commercial, data-led thinking and line-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and email.
• Develop integrated, ROI-focused strategies and proposals for B2B clients.
• Guide campaign delivery, optimisation and performance reporting.
• Ensure digital activity supports wider marketing and commercial goals.
• Manage digital specialists, freelancers and external partners.
• Help develop the agency’s digital proposition, processes and team.
