Job summary

Aggreko in Glasgow is seeking a Global Asset Planning Manager to lead the strategic planning of Aggreko's fleet portfolio across international markets. You will translate demand signals into fleet deployment, investment and CapEx plans, ensuring assets are in the right places at the right times to support growth.

The role demands strong S&OP, forecasting and scenario modelling, with responsibility for a small team and collaboration with procurement, product management and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand forecasting and S&OP within a global multi-market environment.
• Proven ability to translate demand signals into asset deployment and CapEx plans.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Lead global fleet planning activities with regional stakeholders.
• Translate forecasts into strategic fleet deployment and investment plans.
• Build and maintain multiple planning scenarios balancing demand, asset availability and procurement times.
• Drive global CapEx planning with robust business cases.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Product Management, Manufacturing and Regions.
• Optimise asset deployment across markets and support data-driven decisions.
• Lead and develop a small planning team.
