Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an Equipment Planner to coordinate fleet activity from Cannock and ensure equipment is available when needed across the UK & Ireland. You will collaborate with Operations, Service, Logistics and Rehire teams to meet demand and optimise utilisation.

The role emphasizes planning, data-driven decision making, and proactive stakeholder engagement to deliver excellent service for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, logistics, or fleet planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate fleet activity to support customer demand and maximise fleet utilisation.
• Proactively review sales opportunities and future demand through Salesforce, Power BI and planning tools.
• Work with Operations, Service, Logistics and Rehire teams to coordinate equipment movements and resolve shortages.
• Monitor fleet availability, identify utilisation trends and propose improvements.
• Support fleet counts, maintenance planning and continual improvement in asset planning.
