Job summary

Compassion in World Farming International is seeking a Global Accounts Receivable Assistant to support accurate recording of supporter income across our global entities. You will join the Finance team to help maintain timely financial data that underpins fundraising and our mission to end factory farming.

This role is permanent, hybrid in Godalming HQ with 2 days in the office each week. We value precision, collaboration across teams, and proactive process improvements, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Good IT skills with Microsoft Office, internet use and basic Excel formulas.
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy.
• Sound judgement and ability to escalate to manager when needed.
• Good time management to handle busy periods.
• Collaborative approach across Finance, Marketing and Fundraising.
• Willingness to learn, support processes and drive improvements.
• Prior experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Recording global donations accurately for entity bank accounts.
• Ensuring accurate financial coding and campaign codes.
• Escalating refunds, disputes and discrepancies where needed.
• Testing system updates and suggesting procedural improvements.
• Coordinating with Finance, Marketing and Fundraising across teams.
