Compassion in World Farming International is seeking a Management Accountant to strengthen financial insight, reporting and data integrity across our global organisation. This permanent, full-time role is based in Godalming with a hybrid pattern of 2 days per week in the office.
You’ll lead monthly management accounts, support budgeting/forecasting, and ensure robust coding and reporting structures within Netsuite, enabling informed decision-making and strong financial governance.

Location: Godalming, Surrey - HQ. Hybrid working pattern 2x days per week in the office. The office is located close to Godalming station, with direct trains from/to London Waterloo in approximately 45 minutes.
Salary: £39,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending upon skills and experience
As our Management Accountant, you'll play an important role in helping Compassion in World Farming make well-informed financial decisions. Working within our Finance Business Partnering team, you'll provide accurate and timely management information, support budgeting and forecasting, and help ensure our financial data, coding and reporting structures are robust and reliable.
To succeed as our Management Accountant, you'll bring strong experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, together with the confidence to explain financial information clearly to colleagues who may not have a finance background.
