Job summary

Amazon is seeking an energetic program manager to coordinate apprenticeship and emerging talent initiatives across global regions. You will manage onboarding, assessments, training enrolment, and recruitment coordination, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

The role requires driving alignment with partner teams and external providers and implementing improvements for consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience with Excel.
• Project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2).
• A degree or equivalent in Project Management, Management, business administration, economics, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver apprenticeship and emerging talent projects across our global regions, onboarding, assessment scheduling, training enrolment, and recruitment coordination.
• Build and maintain clear project documentation and communications (plans, trackers, process maps, FAQs, progress reports).
• Drive discussions across partner teams and external providers to secure what’s needed for delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements for simpler, more consistent operations.
• Track project health against measures of success, flag risks early, resolve problems, and timely share information.
