Job summary

3Search is partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand to recruit a Head of Amazon. This role offers full ownership of the UK, EU and US Amazon businesses and direct work with senior leadership to shape strategy and growth.

The Head of Amazon will drive trading performance, navigate pricing, promotions, and listings, and lead cross-functional teams across product, supply chain and marketing to accelerate international expansion.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Seller Central experience and Amazon P&L ownership.
• Proven track record growing consumer brands on Amazon.
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making abilities.
• Experience negotiating directly with Amazon and managing campaigns.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly and monthly trading performance across all Amazon marketplaces.
• Develop and execute the global Amazon growth strategy.
• Lead and develop the team responsible for Amazon performance.
• Identify marketplace expansion opportunities and new revenue routes.
• Manage Amazon advertising budgets and optimize ROAS/ACOS.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain and leadership.
• Produce detailed trading reports for senior stakeholders.
