Job summary

3Search is supporting a globally recognised beauty and personal care brand to appoint an Amazon Lead Europe in Central London, with 2–3 days in the office. The role provides full ownership of a major European Amazon business across EU10 marketplaces, delivering growth across strategy, profitability, retail media, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning Amazon P&L and growth strategy across European marketplaces.
• Proven ability to lead vendor negotiations and Joint Business Planning processes.
• Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising, retail media and ROAS optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon 1P/ P&L across EU10 marketplaces.
• Develop and execute long-term Amazon growth strategy across Europe.
