Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate EY and Microsoft collaboration, manage the day-to-day alliance relationships, and drive sector-led growth across priority accounts. You will align alliance programs with EY leadership and market priorities, delivering governance, pipeline visibility, and activation across the Industrial & Energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills.
• Deep Industrial & Energy industry knowledge across manufacturing, energy, chemicals, mining, aerospace, defense, and mobility.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and ability to position capabilities against transformation priorities.
• Translate client priorities into alliance plays, GTM activities and priority account activation.
• Experience in alliance management, business development, GTM activation or sector-led growth in tech or professional services.
• Proven track record in building win-win alliance relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy and objectives aligned with Global priorities.
• Facilitate top-to-top relationships and program management to mobilize opportunities.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across practices, regions and accounts.
• Provide actionable insights to EY leadership including pipeline and market observations.
• Support identification and activation of priority Microsoft solutions across Industrial & Energy.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and account activation insights.
• Drive compliance with policies and commercial requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to define sector messaging and collateral.
• Partner with leaders to execute alliance marketing and enablement activities.
