Job summary

EY in Manchester seeks an experienced Global Microsoft Financial Services Alliance Relationship Director to drive alliance strategy with Microsoft and EY Financial Services sector leadership. You will manage day-to-day alliance relationships, governance, and activate priority accounts across the Financial Services sector, combining industry knowledge with Microsoft tech expertise to deliver growth.

Role requires deep Financial Services knowledge and strong collaboration across EY and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Deep Financial Services knowledge incl. Banking, Insurance and Wealth.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Data & AI, Copilot).
• Experience in alliance management or sector-led growth in tech or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Execute Microsoft Financial Services alliance strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Coordinate top-to-top Microsoft and EY Financial Services relationships and program management for sector opportunities.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across practices, sectors, and accounts.
• Provide insights to EY and Microsoft leadership on pipeline, performance and activation.
• Develop and activate Microsoft priority solutions with local/regional compliance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and activation insights.
• Identify and activate priority accounts with executive mapping and cadence.
