Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate and deliver sector-led alliance activation across EY and Microsoft. You will manage day-to-day alliance relationships, governance, and contract compliance while collaborating with EY leadership and regional teams.

You should bring deep Industrial & Energy sector knowledge, strong Microsoft tech acumen (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Copilot) and a proven track record in alliance sales, pipeline

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and highly organized.
• Deep Industrial & Energy industry expertise across sectors with trends in data, AI, and technology driving growth and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and ability to position capabilities against transformation priorities.
• Translate client priorities into Microsoft-enabled alliance plays and joint GTM activities.
• Experience in alliance management, business development, go-to-market activation or sector-led growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute Microsoft Industrial & Energy alliance strategy aligned with Global Alliance priorities and segment agendas.
• Facilitate top-to-top relationships and program management to mobilize opportunities and drive activation.
• Drive governance with accountability across practices, sectors, priority accounts and regions.
• Provide insights to EY and Microsoft leadership including pipeline and market observations.
• Activate priority accounts and alliance contracts with regional and local compliance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and account activation insights.
• Collaborate on sector messaging, collateral and campaigns with Brand, Marketing & Communications.
• Lead regional activation and enablement activities with EY leadership and Microsoft counterparts.
