Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a Technology Analyst to lead discovery, hands-on development, and portfolio-wide rollout of AI, automation, and smart building solutions for a tier-one client portfolio across EMEA.

You will walk plant rooms with engineers to uncover bottlenecks, prototype solutions with low-code engines and AI tools, and scale pilots into standard operating systems across millions of square feet.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years delivering technology implementations or operational innovation programs.
• Experience with low-code development and systems integration.
• Ability to write structured requirements and lead pilots end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, CS, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Scan for proptech and smart building innovations; partner with cross-functional teams to prioritise tech initiatives.
• Translate ideas into business charters and technical requirements; evaluate data availability and ROI.
• Build MVPs and automated workflows using low-code tools and modern APIs/AI frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end pilot execution on-site and develop deployment playbooks for regional rollout.
