Job summary

CPL Group in London is seeking a Global Change & Adoption Manager to lead the global rollout of an AI-powered recruitment platform. You will own change and adoption across regions, ensuring a smooth go-live and sustained usage.

Working with project leads and HR partners, you will tailor communications, coordinate training, and manage change champions, addressing readiness risks with a focus on responsible AI and data privacy. This is a six-month, full-time contract located in London.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change for global technology implementations.
• Strong communications and training coordination skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and time zones.
• Experience managing change champion networks and using readiness assessments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the global change, communications and adoption plan for the AI rollout.
• Validate and extend readiness assessments across regions; address gaps and risks.
• Engage stakeholders and end-users to secure support and coordinate implementation.
• Mobilize the RS change champion network to support readiness and adoption.
• Adapt communications and training resources for global rollout with local relevance.
• Support ER/NEF/Works Council engagement plans with materials and Q&A.
• Coordinate training delivery with capability and knowledge teams.
• Plan regional engagement sessions and hypercare activities.
• Use adoption metrics and feedback to drive reinforcement and handover.
