Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a Global Technology Lead to drive the technology life cycle from discovery to scale, scouting breakthrough AI, robotics, and low-code platforms for facilities management and workplace experience.

You’ll lead cross‑functional pilots, build dashboards, govern data and privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and translate complex tech findings into clear business value for executives and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in technology leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in talent management, coaching, and performance appraisal.
• Strong ability to handle sensitive information and governance.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research, assess breakthrough technologies, and build ROI for adoption.
• Design, execute and manage cross-functional pilots with real-time dashboards.
• Translate complex findings into strategic business value for executives.
• Mentor a distributed team of 5 technology professionals across EMEA and the US.
• Establish and enforce policies for ethical AI, security, data privacy, and bias mitigation.
