Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global AI Strategy & Portfolio Manager to drive AI/tech growth for BCG X across industries. You’ll partner with senior leaders to set priorities, organize a scalable AI agenda, and guide portfolio decisions with strong analytical insight.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial decision-making, owning insight generation that informs leadership choices in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Including 3-5+ years of strategy consulting experience at a top firm or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define overall priorities and activation plan for AI business initiatives.
• Shape the portfolio of digital and AI offers with senior leaders across BCG X and BCG.
• Lead coordination across regions, industries, and functional topics to drive decisive outcomes.
