Formación

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, global programs in fast-evolving tech environments.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies and AI PM tools.
• Proven change management success in large-scale technology transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end global AI change programs aligned with Citi's objectives and timelines.
• Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement across businesses, functions and leadership.
• Develop and execute program plans with clear milestones and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional enablement materials and communications.
• Monitor program performance and governance, driving issue resolution.
