Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a senior leader to drive AI-enabled delivery, automation, and data integration across the Professional Services group. You will set strategy, guide execution, and promote a data-first culture to accelerate value realization for clients.

The role focuses on reducing delivery timelines, costs, and improving PSA-driven performance, with a global, cross‑functional impact and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, automation, data, or digital transformation initiatives within SaaS/ERP/Professional Services.
• Proven ability to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.
• Ability to translate technology innovation into commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global strategy for AI, automation, data, and integration across Professional Services.
• Reduce time, effort, and cost-to-serve via AI and automation.
