Job summary

Klipboard, a global ERP and cloud-based solutions provider, seeks a Leader of AI, Automation, Data & Integration within the Global Professional Services Group. This role drives strategy, execution, and cultural adoption of automation and data-led decision-making to accelerate delivery timelines and reduce costs.

You will lead a specialist team, partner with Sales, Product and Delivery, and oversee AI-enabled delivery across the organisation, shaping the future of our services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI, automation, data, or digital transformation initiatives within a SaaS, ERP, or Professional Services environment.
• Strong track record of improving delivery efficiency and scaling delivery frameworks.
• Ability to translate technology innovations into commercial outcomes and cost reductions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global strategy for AI, automation, data, and integration across Professional Services.
• Drive down time, effort, and cost-to-serve using AI and automation.
• Build and lead a specialist global team focused on AI enablement and data insights.
• Identify AI opportunities across the full delivery lifecycle, including pre-sales to optimisation.
• Establish automated delivery models to improve consistency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance scoping and solution validation with data insights.
• Improve visibility of the order book through data-driven insights and automation.
• Develop a data-driven operating model using PSA metrics to optimise performance.
