Job summary

Wise is seeking an experienced product manager to lead AI‑first experiences at scale across global cross‑border transfers. You will own the AI Assistant and route‑by‑route activation, shaping the product with insights from regional teams and data.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and researchers across London and Budapest, driving growth through experimentation and a user‑centric mindset. Travel may be required to localize products and align with partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a product manager solving complex customer‑facing problems at global scale (fintech preferred).
• Experience with AI/ML powered products, including conversational experiences or other AI‑first features.
• Customer obsession with a strong UX focus and attention to UI details.
• Strong analytics skills: funnel data, cohorts, conversion metrics, and qualitative insights.
• Experience in qualitative design testing and experimentation/growth (A/B testing, funnel optimization).
• Technical understanding of LLM architectures and API integrations; able to partner with engineers.
• Self‑driven, able to manage multiple roadmaps and navigate ambiguity with first‑principles thinking.
• Ability to build high‑performing cross‑functional teams (engineers, designers, researchers).
• Excitement about shaping agentic AI experiences and moving money globally for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Own two high‑impact areas: AI Assistant and route‑by‑route activation strategy, coordinating insights with product improvements.
• Shape Wise’s conversational AI banking roadmap, moving from contextual helper to agentic concierge across channels.
• Collaborate with Platform, regional teams, and compliance on new capabilities; align with engineering and vendors on cutting‑edge AI tech.
• Drive activation through data, design, experimentation, and benchmarks to identify opportunities route by route and globally.
• Lead and align stakeholders with customer insights, data, and a strong product sense to enable rapid delivery.
• Mentor and grow a cross‑functional team of designers, developers, and analysts toward shipping exceptional products.
