Job summary

Wise is seeking an AI Implementation Senior Manager to design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation for global Customer Support and KYC operations. You’ll join the Transformation, Governance and Strategy team and report to the Head of TGS.

This is an independent, hands-on builder role focused on delivering practical AI solutions that fit Wise’s architecture and deliver measurable value. You’ll lead opportunity discovery, prototype through deployment, and work with Product, Engineering,

Qualifications

Experience building AI agents or automations, including designing, testing and improving prompts and agent workflows.
Ability to navigate a complex enterprise data landscape and assess data quality, lineage and context for AI use cases.
Experience using SQL, APIs and connectors to integrate AI outputs into operational workflows and data flows.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities with operational teams and TGS specialists to prioritize AI opportunities.
Design and develop AI agents using approved platforms and custom code where needed.
Map data flows, connect knowledge sources and integrate outputs into existing tools.
Assess and improve enterprise data readiness and establish reliable data flows for AI agents.
