Job summary

Michael Page Enterprise Solutions is seeking a recruitment professional to build and manage relationships with hiring managers and agency partners, guiding roles from briefing to offer. You will coordinate, communicate clearly, and support the TA team to ensure a professional, consistent process aligned with the company values, based in Birmingham.

You will drive performance metrics, manage interview scheduling, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience gained within agency and/or onsite recruitment ideally in a professional service environment
• Good stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience of working in line with SLA’s
• Responsive, reliable and well organised
• Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work

Responsibilities

• Maximising contract performance by monitoring delivery, managing expectations, and driving accountability among agency partners
• Achieving all elements of the service level agreement (SLA), including quality, timeliness, and compliance standards
• Acting as the key point of contact for hiring managers, offering guidance and ensuring their needs are met through effective agency engagement
• Support the TA Team by driving feedback loops, reporting performance metrics, and identifying supply chain improvement opportunities
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with agencies and candidates to ensure timely, accurate communication
