The role requires experience across ERP, CRM, OMS, and service operations with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into architectural decisions.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and data modeling.

Responsibilities
