SAE Institute UK is seeking an Admissions & Compliance Officer to manage the admissions process with strict UKVI compliance. You will advise on visa requirements, process domestic and international applications, and keep accurate records to ensure full sponsorship compliance.

The role focuses on admissions, data integrity, and collaborative cross-team work. It requires knowledge of UCAS, student finance, and sponsor duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education admissions, including UCAS and student finances.
• Understanding of Home Office sponsorship duties and visa compliance.
• Familiarity with international student admissions and UKVI requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and using databases or student management systems.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess direct applications (including UCAS, deferrals, and internal referrals).
• Coordinate interviews or needs assessments with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Verify qualifications and manage the application database.
• Maintain polite and customer-focused communication with prospective students and parents.
• Make offers and liaise with faculty for non-standard admissions.
• Update applicant data including UCAS and internal systems.
• Produce recruitment figures and assist with open days and events.
• Serve as SAE visa specialist advising on visa categories.
• Coordinate UKVI checks and sponsorship duties.
• Maintain records of visa documentation.
• Provide training on sponsor responsibilities.
