Job summary

SAE Institute UK, part of the AD Education group, is seeking an Admissions & Compliance Officer to oversee the admissions process across domestic and international applicants, ensuring accuracy and timely decisions while upholding UKVI sponsorship duties.

You will advise students and staff on visa requirements, manage data using the SMS/Student Management Systems, and collaborate with UCAS, finance teams, and academic staff to maintain compliance and a positive learner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Higher Education admissions, including UCAS and student finance processes.
• Knowledge of Home Office sponsorship duties and visa compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with international student admissions and UKVI requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Student Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Process direct applications (UCAS, deferrals, internal referrals).
• Make conditional and unconditional offers to applicants who meet criteria; liaise with faculty for non-standard admissions.
• Coordinate visa checks and sponsor duties; maintain accurate records in SMS.
• Provide guidance on visa requirements to students and staff; ensure timely SMS reporting.
• Produce admissions reports and support open days and recruitment events.
