Job summary

SAE Institute UK seeks an Admissions & Compliance Officer to manage the admissions process and ensure UK visa compliance. You will advise staff and students on visa requirements, process domestic and international applications, and maintain accurate records to keep SAE fully compliant.

This hybrid role requires experience in higher education admissions, familiarity with UKVI regulations, and a strong customer-service mindset to support students and staff effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education admissions, including UCAS and student finance processes.
• Knowledge of Home Office sponsorship duties and UKVI requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using databases or Student Management Systems.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess direct applications (UCAS, deferrals, internal referrals).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interviews or needs assessments.
• Verify qualifications, check documentation for authenticity, and manage the application database.
• Maintain polite, customer-focused communication with prospective students and parents.
• Make conditional and unconditional offers and liaise with faculty for non-standard admissions.
• Ensure accurate updating of applicant data and reporting figures.
• Support open days and recruitment events.
