Job summary

Enroly Ltd. is hiring a Service Administrator to review student applications and credibility interviews within CAS Shield, ensuring decisions align with UKVI guidance and partner requirements. The role focuses on high-volume processing, quality, and timely service.

You will review interview responses, assess documents, and determine outcomes while supporting peak periods and cross-department collaboration to deliver a compliant service to university partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working in international higher education admissions or compliance.
• Flexibility and willingness to collaborate across the organisation to meet objectives and SLAs.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate applicant information.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess credibility interviews with prospective students to evaluate their credibility and suitability for studying in the UK, adhering to UKVI and partner requirements.
• Analyse the responses, qualifications, and documents provided by applicants to assess credibility.
• Maintain records of interview outcomes and provide clear recommendations regarding decisions.
• Stay updated on immigration regulations and university admission criteria to ensure accurate assessments.
• Collaborate with other departments to support delivery of additional Enroly services.
• Provide conversion support by contacting students who have not yet recorded their interview via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Support quality audits of processed cases within the QA framework.
