Moody's is seeking a Director-Senior Project Director to lead a global portfolio and strategic modernization programme in Edinburgh. You will manage delivery managers across actuarial and risk platforms, shaping the roadmap and governance with senior leaders.

You will coordinate across product management, architecture, engineering and client success while driving continuous improvement, governance and responsible AI adoption. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead a global portfolio and strategic modernisation programme that strengthens actuarial and risk products, delivery and client value.
• Lead and develop a team of Delivery Managers responsible for actuarial and risk product initiatives.
• Establish and execute a cohesive portfolio delivery strategy aligned with wider organisational priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic actuarial platform modernisation programme.
• Define the programme vision, roadmap, governance approach and success measures with senior leaders.
• Coordinate delivery across product management, actuarial modelling, architecture, engineering, customer success and business stakeholders.
• Provide governance updates covering progress, milestones, dependencies, decisions and risks.
• Monitor delivery timelines, resource utilisation, quality and outcomes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Coach delivery professionals and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-enabled tools to improve delivery insights and decisions.
• Promote responsible AI use considering governance, risk and ethics.
