Job summary

Moody’s Corporation is seeking a senior leader to drive a global portfolio and strategic modernisation programme, strengthening actuarial and risk products while delivering value to clients. You will lead Delivery Managers, shape a cohesive strategy, and coordinate across product management, actuarial modelling, architecture, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a global portfolio and strategic modernisation programme for actuarial and risk products.
Develop and mentor Delivery Managers across multiple initiatives.
Define portfolio strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics.
Coordinate delivery across product management, actuarial modelling, architecture, and engineering.
Provide governance updates on milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Identify and mitigate programme risks; drive continuous delivery improvements.
Promote responsible and ethical use of AI within delivery.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
