Cogent Communications seeks a Global Account Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities worldwide. This in-office role in London involves direct outreach, meetings with IT decision makers, and consultative selling of IP transit, Wave connectivity, Ethernet, Colocation, and IPv4 services.
You will maintain CRM records, collaborate with internal teams, and drive revenue growth in a competitive, standards-driven environment.

The Global Account Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities globally. By employing consultative selling techniques and relationship-building strategies, you will work directly with the nation’s leading IT Decision Makers to position Cogent's connectivity solutions. This role involves proactive outreach through direct calling, email, and onsite meetings, with a strong focus on understanding clients' current and future connectivity needs. Success in this position will be measured by meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals and establishing Cogent as a trusted partner across commercial and retail buildings, carrier-neutral hotels, data centers, and colocation facilities.
Portuguese, Spanish, French, or any APAC Language would be a “plus.”
