Job summary

UCB is seeking an Access & Pricing Strategy Lead to shape payer and pricing strategies across global assets. Based in Slough, UK or Brussels, Belgium, you will influence without direct authority, partnering with Asset Payer Heads and cross-functional teams to translate payer insights into strategic deliverables.

You'll drive development of payer strategies, evidence plans, pricing approaches, and global deliverables, ensuring access considerations are embedded early in development.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in market access, payer strategy, pricing, health economics, outcomes research, medical affairs, commercial or related pharmaceutical functions.
• Strong understanding of payer evidence requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in global matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Asset Payer Heads to co-create global payer, access, and pricing strategies and deliverables.
• Lead development and execution of payer strategies, evidence plans, pricing approaches, and negotiation readiness.
• Shape asset payer potential by guiding clinical development plans and identifying payer risks.
• Define global access strategies and clarify strategic trade-offs and decision points.
• Lead strategic payer engagements and translate external insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, RWE, Policy, and regional teams.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and drive decisions through influence and leadership.
• Leverage analytics and external market intelligence to anticipate access risks and opportunities.
• Foster collaboration and capability building across the Access & Pricing community.
