Job summary

UCB S.A. is hiring an Access & Pricing Strategy Team Lead - Immunology, joining the Global Patient Evidence organization to shape payer, access, and pricing strategies across the portfolio.

The role is based in Slough, UK or Brussels, Belgium, with a hybrid-first approach. You will lead a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads and partner with Asset Payer Heads and cross-functional stakeholders to inform decisions throughout asset lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in payer strategy, market access, pricing, health economics, commercial or related pharmaceutical functions.
• Strong leadership and people management experience in global matrix organizations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads with coaching and capability building.
• Develop global payer access and pricing strategy and global deliverables.
• Lead payer strategy planning, evidence generation priorities, and pricing strategy development.
