Job summary

UCB is seeking an Access & Pricing Strategy Team Lead to drive payer, access, and pricing strategies across key assets in a hybrid role based in Slough, UK or Brussels. You will lead a team and partner with Asset Payer Heads to translate evidence and market insights into strategic decisions across the asset lifecycle.

You will influence governance, pricing readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with HEOR, policy, and commercial teams, while championing analytics to enhance decision

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of payer evidence requirements, reimbursement, and pricing.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and capability development.
• Experience using analytics and AI-enabled insights for strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads with coaching and guidance.
• Partner with Asset Payer Heads to develop global payer access and pricing strategy.
• Lead payer strategy planning, evidence priorities, pricing development and governance.
• Define global access strategies for assigned indications across asset lifecycles.
• Align Patient Evidence and Patient Impact to drive integrated access plans.
• Bring payer insights into leadership discussions and decision forums.
• Collaborate across HEOR, RWE, policy, pricing, commercial and regional teams.
• Champion analytics and AI-enabled insights to strengthen payer planning.
