Job summary

UCB is seeking a visionary Head of Strategic Pricing Centre of Excellence to shape pricing strategies across the portfolio from Slough, UK or Brussels. You will steer pricing governance, leverage analytics and AI-enabled insights, and influence asset decisions at the executive level.

You will lead global readiness for launches, guide portfolio priorities, and collaborate with regional teams to balance patient access with sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, economics, health economics, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, and value strategy.
• Deep pricing expertise across multiple therapeutic areas with success in global launches.
• Proven leadership of global teams and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve UCB's global pricing strategy, governance, and operating models.
• Advise asset and executive leadership on pricing, access, launch, and portfolio decisions.
• Shape pricing readiness for major launches, including sequencing and international reference pricing.
• Lead collaboration across functions to align pricing principles with local market realities.
