Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, health economics, or related field.
• Significant experience in payer strategy or market access.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global matrices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads.
• Partner with Asset Payer Heads on global payer access and pricing strategy.
• Lead payer strategy planning and evidence priorities.
• Define global access and pricing strategies for indications.
• Shape strategic options and governance investments.
• Align Patient Evidence and Patient Impact for integrated strategies.
• Bring payer insights into key leadership forums.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across HEOR, RWE, policy, pricing, commercial, regional access.
• Champion analytics and AI-enabled insights to inform planning.
• Drive governance, best practices, scalable processes, continuous improvement.
