Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Network Transformation Project Manager to lead planning and execution of distribution and transportation network changes. The role focuses on FPX-driven initiatives across the EMEA region, coordinating across sites and functions.

You will drive governance, risk management, and milestone tracking while ensuring readiness of operations, IT, and procurement activities. UK/Ireland base preferred, flexible within EMEA.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong foundation in project management, including FPX; knowledge of other methodologies is a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions.
• Manage multiple complex, interrelated network transition sub-projects in parallel with key milestones and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documentation for FPX-driven changes.
• Track milestones, risks, and issues with escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of operational, systems, infrastructure, and partner activities.
• Support site transitional activities, including cutover planning and stabilization.
• Ensure alignment with standards, timelines, and future-state objectives; communicate with stakeholders.
