We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an SEND Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will be the essential administrative link between parents, staff, pupils, and external agencies, requiring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You must be adept at managing a busy and varied workload, including tasks like maintaining accurate and confidential pupil records, supporting the administration of statutory processes such as EHCP applications and Annual Reviews, and coordinating meetings and referrals. A strong ability to prioritise, meet deadlines , and work courteously and positively with all stakeholders is crucial. Crucially, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to upholding all safeguarding policies and working to enhance the reputation and services of The Gateway Learning Community
